Lynn Fairbank

Lynn Fairbank has been a resident of Dedham since 1980, and lived on Franklin Square since 1983. Her family were one of the original settlers and have been here since 1636, building the Fairbanks House on East Street, which is the oldest still standing wooden frame house in America. It is now open as a museum from May to Oct.
She has been a member of St. Paul’s Church since she moved here. Her 2 children Justin and Katherine Schlesinger were brought up in the church attending Sunday School, serving as Acolytes, and singing in the Children’s Choirs. Over the years she has been involved in many St. Paul’s fund raising activities, including Christmas Fairs and Garden Tour events.
By profession, Lynn is a Hospital Administrator, working at Faulkner Hospital for 16 years as a Vice President. She is presently employed at Boston Medical Center where she is responsible for 5 different Ophthalmology offices throughout the state including an Ambulatory Surgery Center.
